The Category 3 Hybrid Attacker-Breeder-class Tank-type combines the shield array and ground combatant aspects of an Attacker-class Machina with the Larva production of a Breeder-class Machina to expand upon the role of the common Attacker-class Cannon-type. These Machina are now capable of firing specialist Larvae with hard shells at enemy armour, which punch through and corrupt a crew member within. These Machina often resemble tanks themselves, with a turreted cannon, but do not necessarily have to.
