Assaulter-class Machina are combatants whose main characteristic is the ability to fly. Assaulter-class Machina vary wildly and often overlap with other classes, since many of them are simply a derivative of an existing Machina from another Class that can now fly. Assaulter-class Machina adapt the quickest when given new Gene-Code via sex with other Machina.

It is because of this creation process as well, that Assaulter-class Machina adapt the quickest when given new Gene-Code via sex with other Machina.

Their identifying feature is their flight systems, usually including wings. However, it is important to consider their combatant status. A flying non-combatant would not be an Assaulter-class Machina. The basic, most common Type of Machina in this Class is the Interceptor-type.
