Liquid Machinium and M2 Nanomachines that comprise the semen are allowed to enter the bloodstream and share Gene-Code improvements with the Machina's own M2 Nanomachines. The Machina's ovaries are very enlarged, and their purpose is to both create Larvae eggs which grow in the Machina's womb, and to create semen for her penis to ejaculate.

Most Machina that were formerly human males will possess testicles by default, whilst any Machina who wants a set of testicles can easily gain them by bonding a Larva to the base of their penis.

If the Core output raises, semen production will rise with it due to increased abundance of power and materials. An excited Machina will leak semen as a result of not being able to hold it all in, similar to her breastmilk.
